VELOCE ELECTRONIC is a pizza oven equipped with next-generation electronic controls, featuring an advanced native PID mode and a touchscreen display.
Thanks to innovative next-generation controls and precise temperature measurement, it is possible to prepare any type of pizza: Classic, Teglia, Pinsa, or Focaccia, as well as Neapolitan pizza in just 60 seconds on the biscotto stone.
The electronic controls allow for setting the internal chamber temperature and adjusting the percentage operation time of each heating element, further enhancing baking process control. Additionally, the heating elements, specially designed for this oven, enable perfect and evenly distributed baking for optimal results. With a very high maximum temperature reaching 560°C, it allows baking Neapolitan pizza in 60 seconds.
The oven comes with two stones: a firebrick stone and a biscotto stone, making it suitable for baking all types of pizza: Classic, Teglia, Pinsa, Focaccia, Neapolitan, and other baked goods.
It is 100% made in Italy on sunny Sicily.
