The Edil Forni Sarracin gas-fired pizza oven is the manufacturer's latest model designed to reduce costs while maintaining the highest efficiency. It is a compact version of the professional oven that you can find in the best Neapolitan pizzerias. The powerful burner heats the oven to 500 degrees Celsius in 30 minutes and allows you to bake a Neapolitan pizza in 60 seconds. Thanks to biscotto - a thick base, hand-made from alluvial clay, it is possible to bake pizza at the highest temperatures, without burning its bottom. Thanks to the location of the burner next to the base and not above it, we have the full biscotto surface to use.
