The total thickness is only 6 cm to allow an efficient cleaning of electric ovens with low height cooking deck.  

The brass bristles allow fast and more efficient cleaning of refractory stone from food residues, flour, or ash.

Equipped with optional stainless steel scraper to be fitted.

The scraper, if in use, allows to remove the most persistent residues.
